Ayaz Sir founded Zarina Institute in year 2000 which was purely a coaching institute for graduates and student preparing for medical entrance. In the year 2008, it got famed as Ayaz Sir's CBSE Coaching, shaping the career of CBSE students. He is regarded as Pioneer of CBSE Coaching in Yavatmal.
